Healthy Longevity Coach is a health professional working in partnership with clients who want to understand the root cause of ageing, optimise their body and mind for long-term well being through transformation and implementation of simple but powerful lifestyle changes, natural bio hacking, learning about foods and eating patterns, the body's ability to repair and heal, that will prime them to age well and be healthy.

We are in the midst of a global crisis with more people being overweight than malnourished. If everyone ate and move optimally, we could prevent or delay around half the disease burden of heart disease, arthritis, dementia, cancer, and type 2 diabetes.


We also have grown even more sophisticated about nutrition, exercises, and slimming programmes. But this does not necessarily mean we are better informed.  We receive mixed messages between government guidance, food industry advertising and social media wellness gurus.
